We know that a maintenance plan may not be right for everyone. That's why we offer Time & Material (T&M) Service. There are several reasons you may choose to opt for T&M Service: • You require maintgenance for equipment that is not covered under a Certified Service Plan or a maintenance plan from another service provider. • Your in-house maintennacne staff is not available to do the work. • You may be tied to a service contractor's meintenance plan and you do not need Four Seasons Controlled climate's services on a regular basis. • You may have a piece of equipment your regular service contractor is not qualified to service. • You are not happy with your current service contractor and would like to try out Four Seasons Controlled Climates serice before taking advantage of a Certified Service Plan. T&M services require no special agreements. Simply call us when you need us and we will be there for you with the same high quality service that hundreds of other Four Seasons Controlled Climates customers have come to expect and appreciate.
